Every carpet, vinyl, ceramic tile and hardwood job performed by Flooring Systems carries a one (1) year limited warranty against installation-related failure from the time of installation, provided we are allowed to follow industry standards and procedures. If within the one year warranty a problem occurs a thorough inspection will be done, prior to any necessary repair, to determine the source & resolution of the problem.

Exclusions include, but are not limited to:
• Cold weather installations without proper heat.
• Problems associated with improper maintenance or cleaning techniques.
• Problems associated with excess slab moisture or other water generated complaints such as water coming under thresholds
  or bathroom overflows, etc.
• Construction traffic prior to 24 hours on wood floor installations.
• Construction traffic prior to 24 hours on ceramic tile installations.

Flooring Systems warranty is nontransferable.
